Refund & Return Policy

At Gonoj, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all original accessories (if applicable).
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos or videos of the item.
  • A brief description of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement.
  • A full or partial refund, where appropriate.
  • Resending the correct item.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We will investigate the shipment with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed to be lost in transit, we will offer either:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after receiving it, subject to this policy.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved because:

  • The item arrived damaged,
  • The product is defective, or
  • We sent the wrong item,

we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

For approved returns requested for other reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Personalized or customized products (where applicable).
