At Gonoj, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 6–15 business days
- Other International Destinations: 7–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
We proudly offer FREE Shipping on eligible orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (where available).
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Delayed Deliveries
Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather
- High shipping demand
- Carrier delays
- Public holidays
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@gonoj.com. We will investigate the shipment and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- Orders already shipped cannot be redirected or canceled.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
- Additional shipping charges may apply if a replacement shipment is required.
Lost Packages
If tracking confirms that your package has been lost during transit, we will provide one of the following at no additional cost:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A full refund
Delivered but Not Received
If the carrier marks your package as Delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around your property.
- Ask household members or neighbors.
- Contact your local delivery carrier.
If the package still cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the delivery.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the damage
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing your claim, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
